Personally I have had lots of problems with Commission Junction. They don’t back up the publisher, get shorted all the time.

I’ve found genbucks to be the best affiliate program. They give you a huge 50% cut of the profits, free web hosting, templates to use for websites and they pay out every wednesday, weekly.
